Terms of Service

Welcome to Gundex! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gundex mobile application, marketing website at gundex.io, web companion at gundex.app, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gundex. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Service

Gundex provides tools to browse, track, and manage Gundam TCG collections. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.

3. Account and Data

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Gundex a limited license to store and display such content solely to operate the Service.

When you publish a profile or enable a share link, you authorize GUNDEX to display the selected content, generate link previews, and provide the available copying features. Share only content you have permission to disclose. Disabling sharing does not recall independent copies or third-party caches. Deleting your account affects the shared account on both web and app. Account deletion is permanent; GUNDEX does not offer recovery of deleted accounts or data.

Optional email subscriptions

You may separately choose to receive GUNDEX product news and invitations to participate in testing or translation activities. This email subscription is optional and is not required to create an account, use GUNDEX, or access features included in your plan. Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to optional emails.

You may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary account or security emails and does not change or cancel any paid subscription. See our Privacy Policy for details about email delivery, consent records, and managing your preferences.

4. Intellectual Property

Gundex software, branding, and design are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and is used for informational and fair-use purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Card prices, collection values, and missing-card estimates are informational, may be incomplete or delayed, and are not purchase offers or guaranteed sale values. External merchants control their prices, stock, shipping, taxes, and checkout terms. Review the exact card, printing, condition, quantity, and final total before purchase. GUNDEX may earn a commission through affiliate links.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gundex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Gundex offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Billing is charged to your store account
• Subscriptions can be managed or canceled via your device’s account settings
• Gundex does not store or process payment card information
• Refunds are governed by Apple or Google’s policies
• Deleting your GUNDEX account does not cancel a store subscription

8. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service, features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or conduct harmful to the Service or its users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
