Welcome to GunDex! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GunDex mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GunDex. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Service

GunDex provides tools to browse, track, and manage Gundam TCG collections. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.

3. Account and Data

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant GunDex a limited license to store and display such content solely to operate the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

GunDex software, branding, and design are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and is used for informational and fair-use purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GunDex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

GunDex offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Billing is charged to your store account
• Subscriptions can be managed or canceled via your device’s account settings
• GunDex does not store or process payment card information
• Refunds are governed by Apple or Google’s policies

8. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service, features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or conduct harmful to the Service or its users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
