Welcome to GunDex! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GunDex mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by GunDex ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GunDex. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

2. Use of the Service

GunDex provides tools for users to browse, track, and manage their Gundam TCG card collections. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or resell any part of the Service without permission.

3. Account and Data

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. GunDex is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You retain ownership of any data you upload but grant us a limited license to store and display it within the app for your personal use.

GunDex and its content—including the logo, design, and software—are protected by copyright and trademark laws. All third-party assets (such as Gundam TCG images or data) remain the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use for informational purposes only.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that GunDex will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GunDex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the app. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to GunDex or other users.
